Regarding a Portable Printer for an iBook running X, i called up Canon and asked when a driver for a bjc 55 was coming out.
The website has a comment that it is "under review", dated April last year, so i thought, surely by now there would be one.
The guy on the phone said, no, there's not really likely to be one.. ever!
I mean, I spend AUS$600 on a printer, and it won't even work with the fastest growing operating system in the world??
Other's who have similar problems, or can even direct me to a site where i can possibly get it to work somehow, that would be FANTASTIC.
otherwise, i'll just cry myself to sleep...
