Just bought a CanoScan LiDE 60 for a personnal project involving opening the scanner and taking appart some of it's innards...
In order to take out the scanner head, i moved the carrier by hand, and after putting everything back together, i re-plugged it in.
Now, the system seems to be fine, the carrier can move, the led lights up when I open the ScanGear Software, so I don't think I did any damage. Now, the software tells me that the lock is still on, that I should unplug, unlock and re-plug, but it is unlocked...
Any thoughts on how to get the software to understand that the scanner is unlocked?
