Hi,
I've had a Canon Pixma ip4000 for about 6 months now. I installed the additional software to Print on CDs and had no problems and good results. However, when I upgraded my OS to Tiger 10.4, although normal word and photo printing from iphoto still worked fine I can not get the CD LabelPrint to work. Have tried reinstalling the software and have looked online for upgrades of this software with no success. In the meantime I have been using my boss's panther set up but have now upgraded him to Tiger and experienced the same issue.
Everything works fine at first, the program opens and I create my label, however when I click on 'Print' , 'format for' ip4000, paper size 'CD R Tray B' as per instructions I get a dialogue box saying 'The Paper Sizes are not correct, please click on settings'. Nothing I do in setting will rectify the problem.
If anyone has any ideas or has experienced this issue before I'd appreciate some help.
