can't add a user:

Ok, so I am trying to add a user, and here are my steps:

1) Click on Networks Result - Shows me Servers, MSHOME, Local and WORKGROUP - all execpt the first are empty folders.

2) Click on Servers Result - shows me Computer.local

3) Click on Computer.local Result - Shows me the same thing I get when I click on danfolsom on the left sidebar (the one with the house next to it) - I don't think it's supposed to do this

4) Click on users Result - Shows me the house icon, and a folder "Shared" - I can't figure out how to add a user

Can anyone give me any help?
 
If you want to add a User Account on your system, go to the Accounts PreferencePane in the System Preferences.

If you're talking about a Server, please supply all necessary info.
