Can't Boot From Jag CD

Hey, I'm trying to install Jagwire on my 700MHz G3 iMac, but it won't boot from the CD... I've tried everything from the Startup Disk in the System Preferences to holding "C" during startup. The screen flashes, then boots from my hard drive as normal... What's going on??

Is this a legit copy of Jaguar? Did you buy it, or is it from another machine?

Is your Firmware up to date?

Does the CD mount on the desktop if machine is already booted?

Yeah, the CD is legit. And it mounts fine on the desktop. It seems perfectly normal until I try to boot from it.

I just updated my firmware, too.

Could be a bad CD. There were a lot of them. I would call Apple about it.

I had this problem with my Beige G3

Try zapping the pram (boot holding command+option+P+R -more info at http://docs.info.apple.com/article....alue=100&showSurvey=false&sessionID=anonymous|164062339)

Then retry booting off your OS X CD
