Everytime a log into the computer and connect to the internet it comes up with the message "Cannot Connect To Host". I then have to log in and out heaps of times to get it to work. We have a blue cable going from the back of the computer to a box on the ground. The box on the ground then goes into the wall and up to an aerial on the roof, I think it's called DSL? We have recently changed service providers and are still having the same problem.
Any and all help appreciated.
