can't enable bluetooth

i`d like to transfer some pics from my nokia 3650 to my ibook, but i can`t enable bluetooth. every time i try to search for a connection to my handy it says that it is impossible because the bluetooth support is possibly wrong installed. where could i re-install it or change the settings? i also can't access the bluetooth preferences menu.

I have Nokia 3650 and B/T and can send files no problem from the iMac to Nokia I also use card reader to trnsfer .sis files and photos have not tried other way as yet with photos but will 2 day is your Nokia bluetooth on and paired with your Mac ??
