cant get mac mail to work with pop yahoo

I have been trying for days to set up my mac mail with pop yahoo
Does anyone know the correct way to set it up?

Some toolbar addins work with firefox not using pop3 as a choice . You will need to find which toolbar addins work for you.

In simple terms, the normal Yahoo Mail account you can sign up with does not support POP, which I really don't get because every other service such as Gmail and AOL Mail support POP.

However if you really want POP for Yahoo Mail, you have to buy the Yahoo Mail Plus package and then you will get POP access.
