Can't install MacOS Update

Hi...I've got a problem:

Intro:I don't have an internet connection with my MAC so I'm using a pc to download the macos update.

My MAC is a G4 (quicksilver) with MAC OS 9.2 and MAC OS 10.0.4.

I've downloaded all the updates...
security update, etc, etc up to the latest 10.1.4.....
but when I try to install (in the right order) the updates, the installer window is giving me this message: "You can't install thi software on this computer" (something like that).

I thought was a problem with the authorization...so I relogin again.....

Nothing, Nada, Niente.....same result!

Please help me.
Thanks in advance,
Tata

you have to first upgrade to 10.1.0. none of the 10.1.x installers will work on a 10.0.x system. the 10.1.0 upgrade is annoyingly not available for download. you have to buy a "free" copy for $20. after you have installed 10.1.0 then and only then can you upgrade to 10.1.4 and such

I got my copy totally free! :p

Do you really want to download such an imensive update??? I'm using DSL Flat and I wouldnt!
