Can't mound new secure digital card?

I have SanDisk 12 in 1 card reader and it works fine with CompactFlash cards and my old Secure Digital card. I got a new one and now it won't mount. It works fine in my Treo 700p and I have data saved to it, but I can't figure out how to get it to show up in OS X.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
