Can't Telnet Mac OS X Client

Ok When I telnet my mac I get this message
Trying 10.0.1.9...
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused

Allow remote login is turned on in the sharing control panel

Any ideas?
 
Ok I tried that and got this message :-
