I am thinking my ibook has some type of circuit issue - here's what's been going on - lately I've been getting the message that my computer is running on reserve power when it's charged at least 40% - sometimes more. I am sure the charger is charging the battery as when I was using it last night it was plugged in and at 70% when it went black and wouldn't turn back on. I tried some troubleshooting like the PCU??? reset but that did nothing. It is dead as if the curcuit that tells the computer that it has power is confused and thinks that it does not .... if you can help me I would be happy - between jobs and don't have more $$$$ for Apple right now!
