cd burner compatibility?

Hi !
I've been looking for a forum like this. Hope you can help...

I am looking in to getting a new monitor and cd burner. These look like good cheap deals to me. I think the monitors cool but could anyway tell me if the cd burners safe. Could I replace my current cdrom in my g4mac with this cd burner? or is it pc only?

That cd burner should work just fine. 90% of the time, any cd-rom drive that will work on a PC, will work on a Mac as well.

If you want to double check, you can search the database at www.xlr8yourmac.com and try to find if someone else has installed the same (or a similar) cd burner and how their experience was.
