hmmm something odd has hapenned to my imac! i can no longer burn cd's! i stick it in, prepare it as 'standard' then copy my files to it. when i try to burn it prepares all the files then it starts to burn, stops, and comes up with "Sorry, te operation could not be completed because an unexpected error occurred (Error code 6)." the screen with "this disk needs to be prepared for burning" also comes up again......
when i try to burn on my uncle's eMac, it works fine with same CD's i was using....incidentally, when i try to burn thru iTunes, it works fine.
