For those who celebrate, what did you dress up as?

I decided to go for something simple: I wore a vintage shirt, vintage pants, vintage shoes, and a huuuge afro. Went for the whole retro thing :D
 
My wife & I went to a party at a friend's house. She love to sew, and made us both costumes - we were dressed in late-victorian era clothes. I'll try to post a couple of pictures at some point.

my girlfriend had trouble looking at me that night, she said i looked TOO scary (which i thought was the idea, but who knows!), and said i was going to give her nightmares.
we had fun, went party hopping, ended up at some crowded night club, which ended up being too crowded to have a good time, eh well, maybe next year...;)
 
My wife and I went as Antony and Cleopatra (well, as Cleopatra and Antony, in that order). I wish we'd taken some pictures, but we were rushing about making the costumes the afternoon of the 31st before we went out to a party, so we didn't have time.

Boy, a toga is a tricky garment to figure out if you do it for real - mine was 5m long.
