change codepage in Excel

I got a csv-file. When I import this file to Excel the letters ä, ü, ö and ß are gone. In to set the codepage to UTF-8, is this possible with Excel. There is no problem with importing on a Win PC and the on Win generated Excel file is also correct on my PB in Excel.
Does anyone know what to do?
