changing administrative account

Hey everyone,

I was wondering if its possible to change the administrative privleges to another account. The reason I ask is because, I recently installed 10.2.3 and I had huge problems, slowness and everything I uninstalled my microsoft mouse and that seems to have taken care of most of it however my administrative account is still slower then this second account that I just created. So I would like to switch my administrative privleges to the second account if thats possible. I checked the system prefrences but couldn't figure out how to do it.

System Preferences -> Accounts -> Edit User -> Allow User to administer this computer
