Changing Administrator

I am fairly new to the Mac. I have a G4 and I want to give it to some one. How can I change the Administrator password so that the new owner can have full control of installing and updating software? The new owner would like the current applications to be left in the computer.

Apple menu -> System preferences -> Accounts.

Change the name and the password. All done.
