Changing Application Directory Location

Hi Everyone,

I'm fairly new to the Mac OS, having just bought my first mac not too terribly long ago. I have it installed on a 20-GB hard disk, and have run out of room. I'm wanting to migrate my Applications directory off of the root of my primary drive and onto my second 320 GB drive.

I dont know if this is possible, but I thought I'd ask.

Why not migrate everything to the second drive and stop using the 20GB one?

Well, my thoughts were, why cut out the extra 20 GB that I'll eventually need one day.

What model Mac did you find capable of Mac OS X with only a 20GB hard disk and also a 320GB disk? What are you using it for? With disks currently costing 10¢ or less per GB, are you really so concerned? Moreover, I'd recommend shifting everything to the 320 and using the 20 as an extra.
