Chat Night?

This is question for our supporters (not mods)...

What do you think of having a designated night (or 2 nights) each week that is focused on getting people into our chat channel?

Would this be something you'd be interested in participating in? Or think it's for the birds?

Do you think it should be TOPIC based, or open FORUM... or both?

I believe this is a good idea, and really...depending on how it's done, it could eventually lead to people being in the chatrooms more often.

I'm not sure how you do your chats, however I'm very familar with IRC (as in, ran irc servers on dalnet and undernet, been ircop on both for many many years)

So if you have any questions about irc and possible ways to make it more accessible to more people, let me know, I'm sure we can come up with something, until I get my 17" powerbook I don't even have a mac, so the ichat you do now is impossible for me at least.
