chats not working with lan (ethernet)

Hi there,

I am using lan conecction with my mac pro, and skype, adium, messenger and yahoo dont start.

I think it has to do with some configuration in the airpot or the ethernet or the proxy. I dont know what else to put.

In the ethernet config. i put
proxy of web "nbproxy" port "8080" which is the proxy of our lan.

Can any1 help? Thank you

Why are you using a proxy? If you must use a proxy server to access the Internet, then we know nothing about your proxy server. If this is the case, then you must give a lot more information about your proxy servers.
