Christmas Apps

Anyone found any good Christmas apps for OS X yet? I found Xmas Lights Cocoa. It wasn't the best but after a few edits to it, it now works nicely and looks good.

what does that do?? do i find it in versiontracker??

i have sno on desktop... so i see snowing

sno is nice but it seems slow on my computer. Xmas Lights Cocoa is in versiontracker and it puts chirstmas lights on your desktop. If you have any problems with it ask cuz everyone runs into some and i think i've found most of the answers.

hm trying ... they look like xmas lights. i'd rather have just some small small lights.. :-/

if you right click (control+click) on the app you can show package contents and then go in and replace the png files with whatever you want. Remember to keep the actuall files the same size but within those files you can shrink the bulbs or re-draw something else.

there's a christmas tree deal on versiontracker. it puts a tree in your dock and on your desktop. lights, garland, the whole bit. it's neato.
