I wish they'd release some of the expansions tho...

i liked Civ3 but i played Civ2 way more and found it more addictive

Civ3 is great, very addicting. Always have a problem with darn revolutions around the 1700s no matter what I do or how I play it. Ungrateful citizens.

The culture thing is a great addition IMHO. I've played Civ 1 for years, then Civ 2 and Alpha Centauri (first time I played 16 hours straight to finish it in one go good old times ...), but now I don't have so much time anymore ...
Is "Play the World" released for Mac? I'd like to try the multiplayer. I loved FreeCiv for the feature!

Never liked Alpha Centauri. It's not the same genre, but Risk is still a great game that never got the respect it deserved on the Mac platform.
