upgrading classic to 9.2.2. will be a first good thing. No matter working on something else till you don't have the good version af classic to work with.
Then, you'll check the pref panel to localize with OS9 you want to run Classic.
But a single question before you upgrade : Are your both OS on the same partition ? If it's the case, what would you feel about moving your OS9 to another partition ?
