Cleaning memory to install new OS

I currently am running 10.2.1 on a 1.2 dual G4 and I'm trying to upgrade to tiger. I need more memory. Is there a program that can claen the hardrive and get rid of all the stuff I currently don't need/use? my hardrive is 115 gb and only 1.67 are free.

Onxy and Yasu will clear out Cache, log files, etc.

Go through your drive manually and trash anything you don't want.

On a 115GB drive you should keep a min of 12GB of free space, otherwise you take a chance of data corruption or loss.
