cntrl-click

is it just me, or was i once able to cntrl-click on the desktop and change the desktop background? all i get now is Help, New Folder and Show Info.
has my brain turned to cheese overnight?

I'm running OS 10.2.3 in an iBook exactly like yours. "Change Desktop Background" is still accesible to me through control-click in the desktop.
