Greetings everyone,

I've been searching everywhere and seems I cant find the answer... Also I've tried to call some friends that use mac for such a long time and they dont have the answer for me.

I hope I can com to it in this community...

So... I have my MacBook Pro running in my company. I've my domain account configured and working. I can access network resources like folders and Printers.

I even have mac Mail configured and fully running. I can send and receive mails...etc.

Entourage would be the cherry on the top. I need to use the calendar features (like sharing calendars and stuff) But it is not working. I've used the right configuration told by my system admin.

What is wrong??

Thank you for your support.

I presume that your firm is running Exchange server. The thing that I cannot emphasize enough is that there is no such thing as a standard configuration of Exchange. Every configuration is unique. Only people who are familiar with your firm's installation can give you specific information about it.

Because you seem to like Entourage 2008, I won't bother explaining why I believe that Apple's free Mail/Address Book/iCal beats Microsoft's POS. Microsoft's Outlook is designed to automagically configure itself on your Exchange server. Therefore, users of Windows running Outlook [or MacOS 9 running Outlook 2001] don't have to worry about configuring their clients.

If you are running Entourage 13 with Exchange 2007, then you are also supposed to be relieved of such concerns. If, however, you are not running Exchange 2007, then you are SOL with Entourage 13. But, I digress....

My experience is that the easiest way to configure Entourage is to gain access to a working installation of Outlook on a Windows computer. Write down the settings in Outlook and transliterate those to Entourage.

Thank you for your reply.

I found a way to solve the problem. Entourage 2008 WebServices. Worked like a charm! 1 click configuration.

Entourage 2008 WebServices is Entourage 13. The older version of Entorage 2008 is Entourage 12. Be that as it may, I am happy that you solved your problem.
