Connecting OS 9 and Windows 98 SE to share an Internet Connection

i have a friend who wants to connect his 333 MHz iMac (Bondi-Blue) to his Windows 98 SE (Second Editon) to share an internet connection (128 kbps Dual ISDN)

how would he do this?

please help as he needs this info quick

the pc and mac are about 1.5 meters apart and he'd be using ethernet wiring to connect the two

the easiest possible way would be greatly appreciated

What system is running the ISDN connection? More info would help
