Connecting to a windows drive

I have a G4 running OS10.3.9. It has 2 users on it. 2 of the users can connect to the windows drive but the 3rd user cannot. This user use to be able to connect. The login screen flashs by and then I get an message that says " cannot connect to the server because the user name and password is incorrect." I never get a chance to enter the user name and password. I have tried connecting with smb ( samba) and it will connect to the machine but doesn't show me the different drives on the machine. I have run disk utility, repaired permissions, thrown out the com.apple.finder.plist, cleaned out the cache files, repaired and thrown out the keychains, and run Norton's disk doctor. I don't get it! It must be something in this user preferences but what. Any ideas?
 
Check the keychain in /Applications/Utilities/Keychain Manager for any stored passwords for that share. If you find any, delete them.
