When I'm trying to copy files over the network, it will sometimes pause and then wait for a minute then start going very fast again. I haven't had the chance to try it over a wired lan connection since I always use wireless. This even happens when I'm at a location in the house where I'm able to hit 7 megabytes per second when its working right.
Notice the speed of my wireless at the top right of my screen as well as the odd ping times.
I also went to the console and looked at the logs and here is what showed:
The only thing I can think of that has changed in the past while is that I updated the firmware that was just released. I know I've had problems with leopard in the past if it was using 802.11n instead of g
