Cover page

OK, so I feel fairly silly for asking such a simple question, but can anyone tell me how to have os x print out files with a cover page? Since I've snuck my iBook into my office, I'd like to make sure that the stuff I print out from it actually winds up on my desk as opposed to someone else's.

I have to jump into my way-back machine here a bit. Back in the olden days (System 6), it was pretty easy to set up a cover page to be printed. Simply go to the Standard LaserWriter driver and select a cover page to be printed (hopefully all the beer I consumed in college isn't fogging my memory now).
I've checked in a few different applications and they don't have any application specific settings for this. Any other thoughts?
