Create Playlist from an Manual Sync iPod

Does anyone know of a way to create a playlist in iTunes from the content of an iPod?

I have old Nano (2GB) that I have been Manually syncing Music to. I have a new (8GB) Nano that I want to move the same Music selection to - easiest way would be to create a Playlist in iTunes....

Anybody out there done this?

P.S. Using the same iTunes Library for both iPods.

You should use Senuti to get all the songs off the old iPod and then use The Filter to make it all into an amazing playlist.
