Creating a registration/reg database

Alright i can write HTML just fine and dandy (See) But i am absolutly Clueless about making logins, registrations and all that nice jucie stuff so if any of you would be willing to help me understand, that would be very helpful.

BTW i have Dreamweaver MX
 
I have been learning MySQL and PHP over the last 12 months... and Dreamweaver MX deals with really well (for a non-developer).

First of all, check out www.dmxzone.com which has a load of extensions to help with this sort of stuff. There two notable log-in/user creation extensions. One is free (from an Italian guy), his extension can be found on the macromedia exchange on their site. The other is a paid extension (£20... roughly $29)... this one is far more extensive and uses cookies or sessions.
 
Im looking to do the same thing, however im using

Adobe Golive 6

is it possible to do it with GL?
 
I never got round to using php and mysql with golive... I used to use it until dreamweaver mx came along.

But it is there... just not as thorough as dreamweaver.
