Creating jar files

Not sure if this is the right forum but anyway. I'm half way through creating a firefox theme and I've realised I don't know how to create the .jar install file ! duh . Unpacking it was simply a case of renmaing the extension to zip. Anyone know how, when I'm finished I create the .jar file? I've made the rdf files already.

There's a command line tool in the JDK, cleverly named "jar" to handle creating/extracting.
