Creating PDF Files

Hello,

Are there any software tools that come with 10.4 that allow one to create PDF files?

The printer driver.

Simply open a document you want to create a PDF from, go to the print dialogue and look at what that "PDF" button has to offer.

If you need more sophisticated tools, there's Adobe Acrobat (which costs, of course).
