custom paper size in page setup?

help - i need to find out if i can change the paper size to custom 4x6 in the page setup in os 10.1.5. the option is not there in my page setup

do i need the bsd subsystem or is this something they added in jaguar>??

custom paper sizes were introduced on 10.2.

thats what i figured. how could apple leave out that in the original X?? strange. Guess i will have to upg'd to jaguar afterall
