customize access via vpn to the specific folder

Hi,
I need to configure a remote access for each user entering my local network.
I want each user to be able to access their own folders and in the same time keep private the folders pertaining to other different users.

In detail:

I own a local network connected to Internet via static IP and it's public.
to this network I have connected :
3 Mini Mac (one of which with system server)
2 Network Disks (one of which is Time Capsule)
5 FireWire disks connected to the Mini Mac

are also installed

2 fastweb devices, (modem and router) (fastweb is an italian provider)
2 switch gigaBit 3Com
1 Router vpn Firewall Netgear
1 router SonicWall SSL vpn 200

The configurations to access via remote vpn have been done and work properly.

The problem is one of privacy.
If I have many users to a disk and each user have their own folders, I don't manage to keep each folder private.
In other words:
I know how to address "User A" to a disk BUT ..........once there, "User A" can access to his own folder AND all other folders (of User B, User C and User D also allowed by me to the same disk ) and this is what I do not want.
in other words I want that "user A" accesses to the folder for user A
and "user B" accesses to the folder for user B....etc...

I prefer to apply this procedure to the Time Capsule disk (that is) connected via cable to the local network

So the problem appears when I get to another level of authentication, I imagine.

Please shed some light on the matter for me, thank you

I think you mean "Mac Mini", and you want to connect these computers together like a School does?

Have you already looked in "Sharing" In System Preferences?
