I am new to all this so bear with me. We are using a mac os8.6 and are accessing the internet through explorer 5. The problem i need help with is connected to ebay and the pay pal system. When trying to use the pay pal system the security message "data decryption error" comes up. We have no idea what this is or how to rectify it we just know that if we dont we cannot use ebay. please can someone help a computer idiot like me?
