Deathly Slow MAC

My MacBook 2.26GHz On MAC OS X 10.6.3 RAM 4GB

Yesterday My Mac it slowly until it Hang.

Later It Deathly Slow. Just boot must took it 30 minute upper !! then everything that deathly slow.

I cant do everything on MAC because it still Slow

I try to find unusually thing in Activity Monitor but I not found that

It Just on MAC OS but not occur in Window Bootcamp

I want to know where crash because I dont BackUp my MAC T_T

Who can found where crash ? Thank Kizz
 
Open a terminal window and enter the command 'top'. A dynamic display of processes will appear. Look in the column %CPU for big numbers, like greater than 50. If you're not actively doing things, look for numbers greater than 20.

Let us know what you find.
