Deleting a Deleted User

Hello, please help me with this problem, it's starting to drive me nuts!!!!!:)

Yesterday I did a complete reinstall of the OS, and I am currently running OS 10.2. I created 2 users after the installtions: 1 called moedee and 1 called trouble. After this I decided to move the moedee users account onto another partition by typing the sudo commands in the Terminal. I think i have inadvertantly moved the home folder for trouble. I say this because when I log into that account(trouble) it takes a very long time to log in, once logged in a question mark appears in the dock and a message appears that says "The "Home" folder for user "trouble" cannot be found in the usual place" Now, a blue folder labeled "trouble" is in the Users folder on the new partition along with the "Modee" Home and Shared folder, not a Home for trouble just a blue folder. I have tried deleting the "trouble" account but have had no success. I've tried this in the System Preferances, I've tried deleting that blue folder labeled "trouble", and I've tried with command line sudo rm -rfi but nothing seems to be working here.

What I want to do is delete the account for "trouble" and delete the blue folder, labeled "trouble", in the Users folder. I want to delete everything that's related to the "trouble" account.

Thank You
MoeDee :(

Also, I did notice this evening that there is a folder on my OS 10.2 partition labeled "Deleted Users" and inside this folder is a .dmg file labeled "trouble". It's 6 MB. in size but when I mount it there are no visible files.
