Desktop sharing?

Is there a program out there that is compatible with PCs that will allow you to phone conference while sharing your desktop? (similar to netmeeting)

ohPhoneX is the only thing that I've found thats even close (and its not really that close) It says that it can connect to windows netmeeting clients, but every time i try it tells me that I don't have the right codec. It supports video conferencing but not screen sharing. So close yet so far....

Unfortunately AIM is not seen as being a very business friendly application.

I wish Apple would build in the ability to select your desktop as a video source for iChat. This would be a pretty basic and incredibly useful feature.

hmm. Remote Desktop has the option to share your desktop to someone else, but it's obviously mac only...

WebEx does this, and it works quite well for desktop/application sharing. Unfortunately it is a pay-for-use service.
