I speak spanish fluently, and I often chat or email in Spanish. I'm sick of every spanish word I type in Mail and Adium being underlined in red. Where can I get a Spanish dictionary to add and install to Mac OS X?

Tengo mac os x en ingles, y estoy harto de que todo lo que diga en español sea subrayado, porque mac os x no reconoce las palabras. Donde puedo bajar y instalar un diccionario español para mac os x?

You have it already.
Where you are typing in Spanish, right click or control-click, and go Spelling > Spelling > and change the language from English to Español.
And keep "Check spelling as you type" selected as another option.
The same way for changing language back in English for selected texts.
 
Frequentamente, hablo en español con mi novia y mis amigos que saben la lingua. Mac OS X no tiene una problema con las linguas differentes de inglés... sé de experiencia personal.

Y, si se encanta español, ¿porqué tiene su instalación in inglés?
 
Turn off auto spell check in your email app and then you can spell check manually when you want to.

Porque ingl'es es mi primer idioma, y me sale mas facil con las cosas tecnicas. Encima todas la manuales y programming languages estan en ingles. (soy desarrollador)

I'd hoped that mac os x would be smart enough to guess which language I'm writing in, like MS word on windows does. I find that quite annoying having to change language all the time. I think I'll just turn it off.

Thanks for the tip though. I was searching for a couple of hours for an answer yesterday with no luck! :(
