Disable connecting to fileserver as Guest

How do I disable Connect to fileserver as Guest?
I share my office mac by turning on personal file sharing in my preferences and when people connect over the network the Guest button is available. I can't find where to dissable it.

If this thread exists, please point me to it.

I know this CAN be done with the free app (donationware) SharePoints. I haven't had the need, so haven't tried it.
You have probably noticed it's not easy, like OS 9 was....
