Divx 5.0 (WORKS!)

It actually works for me under Quicktime 5, it's the first time I use it so I dunno if it may bug or not, however, it works fine with my divx / mpeg4 files!

Thought i'd let you know

err, ok, some of the files don't work..
but its good for an alpha!

It doesn't run very well, at least not with the one movie I've tried it with.

I notice it says it's optimized for G3s so that might be why.

Also, my Mac is about 2 years old so that also might be why.

Mine don't work but a lot of divx movies are actually some other non standard so this can't play and its difficult to know. I'm going to keep trying them tho, it sounds like it does work.

In the requirements it says that you must have at least a G3 400 mhz, so that is most likely your problem.

arrrg, most simpsons episodes u can find on LimeWire (listed 1010!!!) don't work even with the codec!

But I do, I have a G4 400, which is basically the same.
