someone is trying to mix up facts with nonsense.

Apple never copied a PC! Where that remark of "elander" refers to was the Keynote remark Steve Jobs made when he announced the FIRST! Ti Powerbook of Apple.
"We at Apple needed a new powerbook with the sexyness of the Sony Vaio series cause as you know they make for the pc-world great notebooks etc etc..."

That is what he said when it comes to Sony.Nothing more nothing less.
So they looked at various notebooks for what they wanted for Apple's new notebook meaning:

For sexyness: Sony
For easy to use:....
For hardware: .....

These are the facts and not what is beeing said earlier.
