Do we need to buy tiger?

If we are part of the tiger preview program, will we need to buy the retail version of tiger or is it part of the program?

Nope, you're free to use Tiger. The definite circumstances under which you can use it are written someplace, don't remember where exactly, though. I guess it goes somewhere along the line of "your personal use" only or something. If somebody could post the paragraph in question, that'd be nice...
