does anyone understand "crash logs"?

i have recently been experiencing more & more random crashes in FreeHandMX (and after reading alot of posts, seems as tho i am not the only one w/this problem).
i am running OSX 10.2.6, G4 - 733MHz, 1.5GBs RAM.
each crash generates a crash log, but i am clueless as to what it all means. here is the latest... if any one can translate as to what the underlying problem is (something i have installed... or that FHMX is just a POS, etc.), i would greatly appreciate it.
i have sent this info to macromedia but they have made no reference to the crash log, only a guess that it might be a corrupt font.
if these logs are supposed to help in troubleshooting, i haven't found anyone who is taking advantage of the info. (is there anywhere to go to find out how to interpret the crash logs?)
(dunno if this will make a difference, but this crash report actually came from a loaner...a 450 MHz G4 w/348 MBs memory, as my own machine is in for repairs, but the crash symptoms - random - seem to be the same)

I'm no UNIX guru, but I'd say Freehand is probably having memory issues from lines 7 & 8. I'd recommend the usual lineup of fixes: zap the PRAM, repair permissions, repair disk, temporarily remove FH preference files (put them back if nothing changes), look for updates/patches, etc. Also send a not to Apple and look through their Apple Care center (www.info.apple.com).
