I know the secret to Hervé's behavior. Would you all (y'all if you're from the southern U.S.) like to know "WHAT MAKES HERVÉ TICK"? Yes, I've heard it before, "Enquiring Minds" want to know. But I have to BE SURE on this one, know what I mean? I can spill the beans, but we all must share the responsibility of picking them up. Let me know...
 
It's a legitimate question!

Hervé, you should change your signature line to let people know that English is not your forte... You might get cut more slack from those of us who don't know the whole story....
 
yeah... leave him alone! but... he is on Acid, Crack, and every other drug you can think of. So... go ahead and list them. If you can think of it... he has it in his home.

Wow, I just checked-out Hervé's website. OMG is he OLD! He is 2 years, 11 months, and 1 day older than I am. Nice picture Hervé, you could almost pass for David Duchovney from the X-Files.

If the U.S. government has no knowledge of aliens, then why does Title 14, Section 1211 of the Code of Federal Regulations, implemented on July 16,1969, make it illegal for U.S. citizens to have any contact with extraterrestrials or their vehicles?

I did look this up recently at the University library. Title 14, Section 1211 is "Reserved" with no explanation. It is either a hoax or is hidden from the public.

Actually, I find the more Herve says in any given post, the easier it is to understand him. Its only when he posts just one or two lines that we're all left bewildered.

herve's a nice guy, he just doesn't speak english particularly well ... serpicolugnut, if you like, we could maybe change the forum to dutch and then bug you for not making much sense ... (if you speak dutch, please ignore this example, but i hope you know what i'm getting at ...)

herve, glad to see you're not letting this annoy you ... please don't stop posting, no matter what anyone says ... i, for one, like you a lot, and i know for a fact there's quite a few others here that agree with me... :D
 
you do not smoke acid... I do not think. I hear stoners talking about dropping acid. (whatever that is) doesnt it come in littlegel caps?
