Dragging to paste no longer works

I was always able to drag selected text in a Terminal window and have it paste that at the cursor, but for some reason I can't anymore. Not sure when this happened. Am I crazy and I never could or is there a problem?

It seems to work for me. I can't see anything in the Window Settings or Terminal Preferences that would relate to it. Any ideas?

When you go to drag higlighted text in Terminal, does the text appear to move (in a semi-transparent state) under the mouse cursor? Can you drag text clippings from Terminal to the desktop?
 
Yeah, the weird thing is that I can drag text to and from a Terminal windows, even between two different Terminal windows, always with the results you'd expect. It's just when I try and drag text withing the same window. The highlighted text will in fact drag, but when I let it go it will simply slide back to where it was and nothing was pasted.
 
I figured it out. It was ICeCoffEE 1.3.3 causing the problem. Disabling it fixed it. I emailed the developer.
