Dreamweaver MX Question

I recently downloaded and installed the New Dreamweaver MX on my new TiBook. A few hours after I downloaded I happened to look at my clock and realized the date and time were wrong so I used the network time setting in the d&t system preferences to set the time right. The next day I went back to use D-weaver MX and it said my trial has expired! The trial was supposed to last until June 7th. I have tried everything form re-installing to deleting everyhting I could find with sherlock that had to do with D-weaver. I even deleted the Aladdin Privilege folder which held the licensce. Everytime I re-install I get the same "trial expired message". I really want to be able to use MX until it becomes available to buy. Can anyone tell me how to get it back up and running. I am sure there is something the installer has hidden on my harddrive to prevent it form working. Thanks in advance for any help and I hope all in the US had a great Memorial Day weekend!

Sorry guys and gals but I just saw the search page and found that someone had already posted a similar thread. But if there is any new info it would help.

I've found the following files:

~/Library/Preferences/Dreamweaver MX Prefs

/Library/Application Support/Macromedia/Dreamweaver MX Registration

The second one sounds like what you're looking for.

There is a macromedia technote about this. Basically their only solution is "do not change the date or time" and if you do, "install Dreamweaver MX on another machine". They may just be trying to hide their protection scheme, but basically there is no support for this. Your own your own bubba.

I had the same problem and ended up giving up. I tried deleting the app, deleting the prefs, deleting everything in /Library/Application Support/Macromedia. These didn't work, but check in ~/Library/Application Support

There is some macromedia stuff in there that I think will do the trick.
